Returns Policy

We offer a wonderful choice in all sizes, in numerous colours for ladies and gents.

We offer many options with various leg lengths, button or zip fly, leather or Alcantara trim etc.

Original colour, high quality pictures have been taken, but representation on computer monitors may vary. It must be noted variations may occur with those displayed on your computer monitor.

We pride ourselves in making your clothes to order, detailed on each customers individual preferences, we do not keep any stock of the garments we make.

For this reason we do not accept returns/refunds due to size, style or colour issues.

Measurements are taken very carefully and garments are measured unstretched and laid flat on a level surface at the points indicated on the diagrams.

Please take full advantage of our unique Mole Hole 'Try Before You Buy' service (where available), to ensure you have chosen the correct size and style and that you are happy with the fit.

We will obviously offer an unconditional full refund [less Postage & Packing] for any garment that is faulty.

Goods should be returned within 14 days.

The Mole Hole cannot accept responsibility for the damage or loss of returns sent back to us.

We recommend that you request a free proof of posting from The Post Office, so you may claim on their basic insurance.

If more cover is required please use their Special Delivery service.
